Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused
• Item must be in original condition
• Item must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Gift cards
• Items marked non-returnable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

✔ Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
✔ Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist you quickly, include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Description of the issue

We will resolve the issue promptly ✨

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After processing has begun, cancellations are not possible.

• Orders are processed immediately after purchase
• Replacement and refund decisions are subject to supplier review
• Minor variations in product appearance may occur
